Admission Process

Four Steps From Enquiry to Confirmed Seat

Registration for the 2026-27 session is open for Nursery to Class XI. The entire process takes about a week, and no step requires a donation or capitation fee of any kind.

Enquiry

Call the admission desk, visit the office, or submit the form below. We reply within one working day with class-specific details.

Registration

Collect and submit the registration form with documents and a ₹ 500 non-refundable registration charge.

Interaction

A friendly assessment for Class II and above, plus a short meeting with parents. Pre-primary admission has no test.

04

Confirmation

Pay the admission and first-quarter fee, collect the book list, uniform specification and bus route allotment.

Eligibility

Age Criteria & Class-Wise Requirements

Age is calculated as on 31st March of the admission year, as required by the Directorate of School Education, Haryana.

Documents Required
  • Birth certificate (original for verification)
  • Transfer certificate from the previous school
  • Report card of the last class attended
  • Four passport-size photographs of the student
  • One photograph each of both parents
  • Aadhaar card copy of student and parents
  • Address proof (ration card, electricity bill or rent deed)
  • Caste or category certificate, if applicable
  • Medical record with blood group and allergies

Tuition is payable quarterly in advance. Annual charges cover examination, laboratory, library, sports and activity costs.

* The school does not charge any donation, capitation or development fee. Fees may be paid by cash, cheque, UPI or NEFT at the accounts office between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM.

No. The fee structure published on this page is complete. If anyone asks you for a payment outside it, please report the matter directly to the principal's office.

The interaction is diagnostic, not eliminative. In most cases we admit the student and plan bridge classes for the weaker subject. Admission is only declined when a section is genuinely full or the gap is too wide to close within a term.

Yes, subject to seat availability, and mainly for families relocating to Jagadhri or Yamunanagar. Fees are charged proportionately from the month of joining, and bridge classes are arranged for the portion already covered.

The ₹ 500 registration charge is non-refundable, as it covers processing costs. However, if the school is unable to offer a seat, the admission fee is refunded in full within seven working days.

Merit and sports scholarships are applied for at the time of admission with supporting mark sheets or certificates. Need-based waivers require a written application to the principal, reviewed confidentially by the management committee.
